Ingredients 1 and a half cups oats 1Tbsp syrup 1 and a half cups flour 1 Tbsp hot water 1 cup sugar 1 tsp bicarb 1 cup coconut 1 desertsp cocoa 250g butter Method Dissolve bicarb in water. Melt butter syrup and add water with bicarb. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Flatten into greased baking tray and bake at 160c for 25 approx mins. While still hot cover with icing. Icing 2 cups icing sugar 2 dessertsps cocoa 2 tsps vanilla. Mix above with a little water on stove and spread over cooked crunchies.
